Настоящее Пользовательское соглашение (далее — Соглашение) регулирует порядок использования сайта milastalks.com (далее — Сайт), администрируемого Индивидуальным предпринимателем Свердловой Людмилой Сергеевной (ОГРНИП 323547600034471, ИНН 220913698961), далее — Администрация. These Terms of Use (hereinafter the Terms) govern the use of the website milastalks.com (hereinafter the Website), administered by Individual Entrepreneur Lyudmila Sergeevna Sverdlova (OGRNIP 323547600034471, INN 220913698961), hereinafter the Administration.
Соглашение регулирует использование Сайта. Порядок приобретения и оказания платных услуг регулируется отдельным документом — Публичной офертой. The Terms govern the use of the Website. The procedure for purchasing and providing paid services is governed by a separate document — the Public Offer.
Начиная использование Сайта, Пользователь подтверждает, что ознакомился с настоящим Соглашением и принимает его условия. При несогласии с условиями использование Сайта должно быть прекращено. By starting to use the Website, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Website.

The Website contains information materials in the field of nutrition and physical activity, as well as a software calculator of daily calorie requirements and nutrient ratios.
2.2. Все материалы Сайта носят информационно-справочный характер. Администрация не осуществляет медицинскую деятельность. Материалы Сайта не являются медицинскими рекомендациями, диагнозом или назначением и не заменяют консультацию врача. 2.2. All materials on the Website are of an informational and reference nature. The Administration does not carry out medical activity. The materials on the Website are not medical recommendations, a diagnosis or a prescription, and do not replace a consultation with a physician.
2.3. Администрация не гарантирует достижения Пользователем каких-либо конкретных результатов. Результат зависит от индивидуальных особенностей организма, добросовестности выполнения рекомендаций и иных факторов, находящихся вне контроля Администрации. 2.3. 4.2. Исключительные права принадлежат Администрации. Использование материалов допускается не иначе как с письменного разрешения правообладателя. 4.2. The exclusive rights belong to the Administration. Use of the materials is permitted only with the written consent of the rights holder.
4.3. Незаконное использование объектов авторского права влечёт ответственность, предусмотренную ст. 1301 ГК РФ и ст. 146 УК РФ. 4.3. Unlawful use of objects of copyright entails liability under Article 1301 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
5.1. Обработка персональных данных Пользователя осуществляется в соответствии с Политикой в отношении обработки персональных данных и Согласием на обработку персональных данных. 5.1. The User's personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Consent to the processing of personal data.
6.1. Сайт предоставляется «как есть». Администрация не гарантирует бесперебойной и безошибочной работы Сайта. 6.1. The Website is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.
6.2. Администрация не несёт ответственности за последствия применения Пользователем информации, размещённой на Сайте, включая вред здоровью, возникший вследствие пренебрежения рекомендацией о необходимости консультации с врачом. 6.2. 7.1. Администрация вправе в одностороннем порядке изменять условия настоящего Соглашения. Изменения вступают в силу с момента размещения новой редакции на Сайте. 7.1. The Administration is entitled to amend these Terms unilaterally. Amendments enter into force from the moment the new version is published on the Website.
7.2. Пользователь обязан самостоятельно отслеживать изменения. Продолжение использования Сайта означает согласие с новой редакцией. 7.2. The User is obliged to monitor amendments independently. Continued use of the Website constitutes agreement with the new version.
