1. Общие положения1. General provisions

Настоящая Политика описывает, какие технологии хранения данных использует сайт milastalks.com (далее — Сайт) в браузере Пользователя, для чего они нужны и как ими управлять. This Policy describes which data storage technologies the website milastalks.com (hereinafter the Website) uses in the User's browser, what they are needed for and how to manage them.

Сайт не устанавливает HTTP cookie-файлы. Вместо них используется технология localStorage — локальное хранилище браузера, данные из которого не передаются автоматически на сервер при каждом запросе (в отличие от cookie) и доступны только скриптам Сайта в пределах домена milastalks.com. The Website does not set HTTP cookies. Instead it uses localStorage — the browser's local storage, the data from which is not sent to the server automatically with every request (unlike cookies) and is accessible only to the Website's scripts within the milastalks.com domain.

2. Какие данные хранятся в localStorage2. What data is stored in localStorage

• kbju_access_token — технический идентификатор оплаченного или полученного по коду доступа к калькулятору (случайный набор символов) и срок его действия. Используется исключительно для проверки права пользоваться Сервисом и не позволяет самостоятельно установить личность Пользователя;kbju_access_token — the technical identifier of access to the calculator obtained by payment or by code (a random string of characters) together with its expiry time. It is used solely to verify the right to use the Calculator and does not by itself make it possible to identify the User;
• kbju_landing_lang — выбранный Пользователем язык интерфейса главной страницы (русский или английский), чтобы не определять его заново при каждом новом посещении.kbju_landing_lang — the interface language of the home page selected by the User (Russian or English), so that it does not have to be determined again on each new visit.

Оба значения хранятся только на устройстве Пользователя и не отправляются Оператору иначе как в момент обращения к соответствующим разделам Сервиса (например, при выполнении расчёта — для проверки доступа). Both values are stored only on the User's device and are not sent to the Operator other than at the moment the relevant sections of the Calculator are accessed (for example, when a calculation is performed, in order to verify access).

3. Внешние сервисы при загрузке страницы3. External services when the page loads

Сайт не подключает сторонние внешние ресурсы при загрузке страниц. Шрифты, изображения, стили и скрипты размещены на сервере Сайта и отдаются с инфраструктуры на территории Российской Федерации. Браузер Пользователя не обращается к серверам иностранных сервисов, и его IP-адрес таким сервисам не передаётся. The Website does not connect any third-party external resources when its pages load. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are hosted on the Website's own server and are served from infrastructure located within the territory of the Russian Federation. The User's browser does not contact the servers of foreign services, and their IP address is not transferred to such services.

4. Аналитика и рекламные технологии4. Analytics and advertising technologies

Сайт в настоящее время не использует Яндекс.Метрику, Google Analytics, рекламные пиксели и иные счётчики, которые устанавливали бы дополнительные cookie или отслеживали поведение Пользователя между сайтами. При подключении подобных сервисов в будущем настоящая Политика будет дополнена соответствующим образом, а на Сайте появится отдельное уведомление. The Website does not currently use Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other counters that would set additional cookies or track the User's behaviour across websites. Should such services be connected in the future, this Policy will be supplemented accordingly and a separate notice will appear on the Website.

5. Как управлять и удалить сохранённые данные5. How to manage and delete the stored data

Пользователь может в любой момент очистить данные, сохранённые Сайтом, средствами своего браузера (раздел настроек «Конфиденциальность» / «Очистить данные сайта»). После очистки: The User may at any time clear the data stored by the Website using their browser (the "Privacy" / "Clear site data" section of the settings). After clearing:

• потребуется заново ввести персональный код доступа либо повторно оплатить доступ к калькулятору;the personal access code will have to be entered again, or access to the calculator paid for again;
• язык интерфейса главной страницы вновь будет определяться настройками браузера.the interface language of the home page will once again be determined by the browser settings.

Полное отключение localStorage в браузере сделает работу калькулятора невозможной, поскольку без него нельзя подтвердить оплаченный доступ. Disabling localStorage entirely in the browser will make the calculator unusable, since without it paid access cannot be confirmed.

6. Персональные данные6. Personal data

Настоящая Политика касается только технических данных, хранимых в браузере. Порядок обработки персональных данных, вводимых в форму расчёта или указываемых при оплате, регулируется Политикой в отношении обработки персональных данных и Согласием на обработку персональных данных. This Policy concerns only the technical data stored in the browser. The processing of personal data entered into the calculation form or provided at payment is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Consent to the processing of personal data.

7. Изменения Политики7. Amendments to the Policy

Оператор вправе вносить изменения в настоящую Политику, в частности при подключении новых сервисов, использующих cookie или аналогичные технологии. Актуальная редакция всегда доступна на данной странице. The Operator is entitled to amend this Policy, in particular upon connecting new services that use cookies or similar technologies. The version in force is at all times available on this page.
